No, there has simply been a limit on what they can marry. Sue and Kate can marry. Just not each other. Their right to marriage is protected, but with limitations in place. Completely legal. It's not an infringement on their basic human rights.

Incorrect. You can be homosexual and still be Christian. There is nothing in Christianity that says you must be perfect. God requests that you come as you are, in all of your sin.

Homosexuality is something that is a sin in God's eyes (for reasons I do not understand. Perhaps it is because it goes against His plan or something), but that certainly does not exclude you from being able to be saved and become a Christian.

1) The Old Testament became mostly irrelevant, except for historical reasons, once Jesus died.
2) Obviously if you repented and sacrificed, you would not die from homosexuality.


Nothing about Christianity says homosexuals cannot repent. Nothing says they cannot be saved. Nothing says they cannot be Christians. Again, if we were all required to be perfect, we would all fail, and Jesus' death would be pointless.

And I've already discredited the argument you were trying to make with that post. The bible also states that all have sinned, and fallen short of the glory of God, and that the wages of sin is death. If you stopped there, we should all die.

However, Jesus sacrificed himself to pay the penalty we (homosexuals included) should receive.

All that is required is for someone to recognize they are a sinner, and to accept Jesus as their savior. God will then begin to work in you, and help you change your ways. Of course, we are not perfect, and we will fight with God. And God knows this. He does not expect you to come to him a perfect being, nor does he expect you to die a perfect being.
