"if you are fat, obviously you take a trip to McDonald's every day and eat all forms of junk food, drink limitless soda, and blah blah blah", this usually comes paired with "You must be thin to be beautiful, so be so thin we can see your spine"

speaking as a man who is over 300lb, i have not entered a McDonalds in 5 years (other fast food joints more recently, but none in the last... i'd say 4 months?), i have never drank soda (body for reasons that escape me refuses to digest soda, i will always cough it up), and i rarely eat Junk food

the issue is not what you eat, it is the quantity in which you eat it and what you actually do in terms of excursive and the like

Being wire thin is far worse then being fat, not really in the long term, but ways of staying wire thin and being wire thin in general is quite, in a biological sense, dangerous
