Hypothetical Situation:

The Evil Sarah Palin has left her husband and family, and then ensnared a brilliant-genius nerd scientist with her MILF charms.

Hearing gunshots, the police investigate and find Sarah standing over the body of the now deceased nerd with the smoking gun.

As they take her away, she cackles maniacally, "Bwa! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! President Obama dies in one hour! I've killed the only other person who knows how to stop it from happening!"

Given what is known about the now deceased nerd scientist, there's the possibility that the danger to President Obama is real.

So, would you use torture to get the information that would save President Obama from the plot of the evil Sarah Palin?

Yes, I would. It wouldn't be for the purposes of saving Obama's life, though, since I don't particularly care about him; it would just be to cause pain to Sarah Palin, whom I find quite irritating.
