It's bad to miss the food from your home. I know I do. But you should try and, barring the burgers, make your own stuff at home if you can find the ingredients.

The moment when your friends tell you that a campaign they had while you were breaking from D&D had a better bard than yours was.

Possibly because I accidentally wrote the Bard's backstory and personality into a hole, and spec'd him up for roleplaying anyway. In the end I had to kill him off. He really was that sucky to play - even my imagination and somewhat nonsensical logic could not save him, especially once the rush of deciding that screw it, I'll do whatever I like with him with the express goal of killing him off gets to your head...

Nvrmnd, I'm playing a new 4e campaign with 'em next week, and I've a ninja-pirate-mage concept.
