Some people do not need to sleep as much as others to feel rested, and you're still young. But your diet, yeah, you need to try and straighten it. I don't know if you can get sick from it, but I don't think you're getting all the healthy benefits of a balanced diet.

The funny thing is that usually except for ice cream, I'm a really healthy eater, when I do eat.
But that's been absolutely shot the last 2 weeks... especially last Sunday... 4 A&W burgers, a large rootbeer, a small shake, and a small float isn't a good combo... :/
