A short little nap can help, or just a pinch of caffeine can get you going. But sometimes we just have tired days.

Uh... Simpsons, Parenthood, Family Guy, American Dad, Wipeout, Around The Horn... okay, that's about it...

DirecTv never has anything good on these days.

That sucks.

Lately I've been watching Suburgatory and Modern Family for comedy. For drama I choose The Closer and The Good Wife. Take your pick.

:palm: I like Modern Family, too. can't believe I forgot that.

Parenthood is my favorite, though. can't wait to get Season 2 on DVD.

Parenthood is alright. Modern Family has gay people.

Meh. They only show American shows that I think have already stopped in the states here. Dharma and Greg, to name one of them.

I get such a kick out of that couple on Modern Family. The funniest people in that show.
And I've been watching Parenthood since its first episode. Max reminds me constantly of stuff I've done or still do, and what I've had or still have problems with and it's like watching my self sometimes, it's kinda freaky.

I don't know if or how it helps me relate, but it's been a good thing, probably, for sure.

It just seems like sharing something with that character would help you relate to them, ya know? Relation is important in art and literature.

Meningitis doesn't fuck around.

I was about ten years old and I vaguely remember stiff neck, high fever, then oh god why is everything spinning what time is it I can't move, then getting shots in the butt and spending about a week lying in bed eating glucose. Never got the rash so it probably didn't get far enough to be life-threatening, but still a bit scary.

Didn't seem like the kind of experience I'd want to repeat so I made sure to get vaccinated once I got back to the States, even though the little bubble under my skin was creepy as fuck.

Good luck and don't die.

That moment when you end up just making stuff up in an essay because your client has Alzheimer's and doesn't understand what the hell is going on. :/

Why'd you have to write an essay? Did he think he was your English teacher or something?
