Depends on what parts. I mean, I'd choose almost anywhere in the US over Alberta, Sasketchewan, Northern Territories, Yukon, Newfoundland or Nunavut. But I'd sooner take Toronto or Montreal over most of America.

Presently:
Lifestyle: Canada. America's government is too encroaching of social freedoms.
Health Care: Um. Wow, that's difficult. Canada's NHS is bureaucracy-choked with private health care outlawed, America's health care system is corrupt and expensive but higher quality... I myself require both NHS and private at present, so neither of these is good really >_<
Education: Standard, Canada. Higher, America.
Environment: Canada. But who gives a shit? I'd sooner a city than the rurals.
Politics: Canada, although Harper's making damn sure that changes fast.
Wealth: America. That's almost no competition.

America, sort your act together. A libertarian shouldn't be choosing Canada over America on most of these things!

Having spent an extended time in both, Canada is far superior in my opinion. Nicer people, less in-your-face religion and politics, arguably more civil rights. Also, the healthcare system really is just about perfect in comparison, and the education system is underestimated sorely (although I hear that both its and the US's are plummeting as of late).

Also, Canadian politics are a lot more fun. American politics are like watching the special olympics. With only two competitors.

Ehh, it's not really that simple. From what I'm aware of, views on privatization varies based upon province; here in BC, for example, it's allowed and is fairly common.

No no, a black market would mean it is against the law.

A grey market means no one knows what the fuck to do with it, because it is a relatively recent phenomenon and does not violate current healthcare law. So technically, it is not against the law.
