Should Any Unrecognised Nations Be Recognised?

Pretty simple, really.

Out of all the nations not unanimously recognised by the other nations of the world, which deserves recognition most?
I guess I'd probably say Palestine.

I refer you to this map. Legally, both nations would, had water boundary laws not come with restrictions, both could lay claim to the others shore. But, as UN stated that no nation may, due to the convoluted laws they pass on the subject, claim another nations sovereign territory that lays in their twelve miles out at sea. Roy Bates, Prince of Sealand, assumes that the sea territory is divided evenly in half in all disputed areas until negotiations are offered by the British.
