Going by the definition of illness, I am brought to believe homosexuality is this.

There's immense quantities of pictures and stories about the "dark side" of homosexuals (often in public places and when they invade towns with their parades) that certainly don't help my stance on the issue.

Sexuality is a strange but the strongest people's need,it's only in your mind just like everything else,close your eyes and think/IMAGINE naked girl/boy(whatever you like)having sex with you,what will happen,you will get "turned on".
It's not physical need(like water of food or sleep) but MENTAL need,mind controls your want's and don't want's and emotions by you ordering it "UNCONSCIOUSLY what it wants.
For example(this are only few things)this is how YOUR MIND SEES IT,unconscious higher pride of yourself over the others(weaker than you),jealousy because of the people that look better/fitter than you,attraction,higher need for control,narcissism(obsession with yourself),sexual obsession(no matter if it's heterosexual) can lead to that you UNCONSCIOUSLY order your mind what you want(sex for example),and the mind will make you want itCONSCIOUSLY,but mind doesn't care if it's with same gender or not,but just that it's sex.
The thing with genetics is crap,because it's made only as excuse believe me...

You mean pride parades, the demonstrations for homosexual rights? Whats so "dark" about that? And how are homosexuals universally in poor health? No collaboration between poor health and homosexuality has been found, unless you can prove otherwise.

I believe many paraphilias are described as having to do with mental trauma or are generally considered unhealthy if repeated to an extent, but homosexuality was declassified from the list provided by the American Psychiatric Association's Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, as well as from others, between 1973-75.

Also, this is unfounded. You provide no material to back it up. Perhaps it is in your head.

OK... So a child was shot and you have a problem with a trial against the shooter?

No, I have a problem with the fact the gay molested the poor kid on several occasions and when he was ultimately rejected he kept on spreading rumours to completely destroy that kid.

Guess who the teachers sided with? The minority of course, despite the fact the gay was clearly in the wrong.

This death could have been avoided had the gay been punished, instead society made him untouchable.
