Responsibility? What is this "responsibility" of which you speak, stranger? I have heard of the "land of the free," I have heard of the "home of the brave," but the "nation of responsibility"? No, no, you have mistaken us for someone else.

You think the US is the only place where this is happening? Man, you fail your driving test in Britain if you can't demonstrate the ability to put dressing on your salad while pulling a handbrake turn on the motorway and receiving head from the instructor.
It can be a traumatic experience, believe me.

Yep, and the absolute worst ones are singing "Jesus, Take the Wheel..."
I've never much understood why, at least in my area, ones ability to:
-stay in their lane
-maintain a reasonable speed (not to fast/slow)
-use turn signals
-not attempt to side swipe cars while entering/leaving on/off ramps
-not attempt to make last minute turns from the far lane of travel
-slow down approaching cross walks
(etc)
Is inversely proportional to how many Republican, Christian and Evangelical bumper stickers are slapped on the back of the vehicle...

That's easy, it's because driving as you describe is the only way they have left of protesting Obama and the Left's imminent destruction of everything we hold dear, such as truth, justice and the American way.

That's a Viper, if I wanted to escape the police I'd just turn a corner, chances are the copper behind me would just wrap themselves around the nearest tree.

Thailand is pretty scary at times, it might not be the worst though, even riding on a tuk tuk through Bangkok (the driver was blind in at least one eye, and his hands were deformed) I didn't really feel like I was about to die, no matter how many times he swerved into the other lane and nearly hit everything around him, the point being, a blind guy with stubby hands could do it so... maybe its not really that bad.
Also, NY isn't really all that bad, I'm not sure about Manhattan, but from what I've seen its merely busy.
