I've heard frightening things about the drivers in India.

Although my city is pretty bad. I was almost hit by a driving instructor while crossing the street legally. While crossing a single intersection I've almost been hit by as many as four cars. People regard a light that has just turned red as being still green and assume that left turns can happen as long as their reaction time is faster than the people going the other way. They also seem to think that they can gridlock traffic with wild abandon, drive the wrong way on one way streets, cut off buses, make blind turns etc. Pedestrians and cyclists do not exist as far as these drivers are concerned. They will run you over if you don't hesitate before crossing in front of them.

I voted for Abu Dhabi, but my wife says that France has everything beat. So, I guess no consensus there...

France has a far better rating than the US, with the US rating 27th amongst 30 OECD countries. France is 14th.

Abu Dhabi is not on this list.

I am shocked. According to you everything that is the worst is in America.

Russia has 45% of the population of the United States.
Russia has less than 10% of the cars of the United States.
Russia has 5% more deaths as a result of motor vehicle crashes.

Clearly, Russian drivers are much worse.

Well, everyone in the united states is buying ugly cars like the scion...And the roads are filled with teenagers and drunk drivers.

Other than that, it's not bad
