Too bad there aren't private schools. Or schools you can run from your home! Those would kick public education's ass.

Prove that homeschooling is in anyway prohibited. Private Schools are supposed to cost money, that's what private means. And also there are religious schools that one could send their children to. There are plenty of options now. And public schools are run by state governments so none of them are exactly the same as far as quality, curriculum, and performance are concerned because standards vary. I attended public schools and seem to have a far better grasp of grammar and spelling than you do for example.

I don't understand your point, I could point to any leader of a company with political beliefs.

I still don't see what your point is,

Rights are Negative. They are suppose to be negative so you can provide for your self.

Laws do not get in the way of homeschooling and many private schools have scholarships for low income students such that even students that have parents are on minimum wage do afford them.

I know about the homeschooling because I never went to school past fifth grade. I home schooled myself and as soon as I was 16 (the age requirement for the collage I wanted to go to) I applied, took a test and was accepted. Two years later I graduated with an AAS, traveled Europe for a year then I went back to the US to go to a university. I then earned a degree in computer science with many published papers under my real name.

Now I own a successful company and provide for all my needs. Your claims about educational options are false and my REAL experiences counter them.

The things you claim here are not reflective of reality and the reason you can not understand that is you lack life experience. I recommend you go outside and get some life experience.

You do know that the bail outs were government intervention, and not free market economic policies at all, don't you?

1 state...o no suddenly everything you say is right to me!
California also banned gay marriage...do you think I agree with that one?
BTW I did go to public school...you know what I learned there? I learned to think critically and figure out things for myself based on what facts are available to me. I did not learn that my government loves me and that I should never ever question it. In fact I believe I must do my best to make it serve me and the people I call my compatriots.

Well it looks Like I tried.

I tried to talk to you about Reason and Freedom.

But you decieds to stick with the opressive Collectivism and the end of freedom by supporting state schools and goverment regulations.

But since you wish to stick with this idea I will let you stray from reason and let you stick with the counter-productive and destructive thinking of govemrent regulations and state run schools and unions.

But there is only one thing left for me to do

This is my blog. Enjoy it I will update it regulary. But you won`t like it. I think I am alone here on nationstates. I am the only Objectivist the only one who supports freedom and reason.

But it`s the only thing I can do then farwell I will never bring up this subject agian since clearly I can not convince you all.
