Lighten up, Francis. Just be cause you don't think the questioned can be reasonably answered 1) doesn't mean it can't be, and 2) doesn't mean others don't want to try and play along.

I suggest creating/refounding a new free city-state named Babylon (similar to The Vatican) where civilization was first developed, i.e. in old Mesopotamia (current day Al-Hillal. Both symbolic and, more practically, might bring some much needed economy and stability to the region.
