I'd say New York is the top of the list as far as "Melting pot" goes. Most multicultural city on earth I think.

Somewhere in a not-so developed area in Africa. Just because I think Africa in general went through a lot of stuff because of other countries messing with them. Oh, and some people believe that we come from there and such...and it is kinda in the middle of Earth... Putting it in a not so populous area would most likely bring people/jobs/nice things because there would most likely be good security and it would be a nice thing to look at and such. Or maybe I am being too optimistic? c:
