I don't have one particular best NS friend, however i'd have a group of amazing people who do usually hang out at #NSSanctuary.

But if what you mean is closest, not best, then the answer would be Milograd (Carta/WERTA), The Scandinvans, -Deus-, Trescott and Superpenis.
