why cant they just let Israel have the land its taken and why cant Israel just let the Palestinians live in peace? The Arab nations are huge, they shouldn't have to be bitching about the tiny amount of land that blood has been spilled over. Im not too keen on Britain joining ANOTHER pointless war just so the Muslims can be given the right to suppress the Jews

Never count something out until you're sure it won't happen. Turkey's rather pissed about getting its flotilla raided, and not getting an apology. They've already expelled the Israeli ambassador.

No offence to Orthodox people, but it is my humble opinion that the prophecy given as an example is highly unlikely. Some prophecies do come true, see Nostradamus, but I'd have to say it'd have to do more with a grounding in solid facts, common sense and luck (or lack thereof) than divine intervention. That Neo-Byzantine thing had none of the above. You may think otherwise, and good on you.

Mountain that has a significant Orthodox monastery on it AFAIK. I'm agnostic too.
