Usually chicken nuggets are made up of ground chicken breast, smushed together, and fried/breaded/whatever.

As for myself, it was a potato. Although, I'm probably going to get something to eat soon, like cereal. Yeah, I'm going to get some cereal. (Cocoa Puffs, to be specific).
