Slow roasted beef seasoned with garlic, oregano, cayenne, and black pepper. It was covered with a special "gravy" I make from the beef broth made from the roasted meat, then I blend in carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, roasted red peppers and green chilis, jalepenos, olives, and cilantro, I add half a cup of pinto beans at the end of the blend to thicken it(thus is resemble the texture of gravy)--- served the meat on a bed rice covered in the veggie gravy. Sooo good.

I need to eat more calories though, apparently.
