But ... never a fried egg? Mmm, nothing like a couple of nice eggs, you heat up some good olive oil, real hot, then in they go, sprinkle a bit of oregano over them, when the edges are just turning that crispy brown, slide 'em onto a couple of pieces of good crusty bread, pour the oil on top ... Ah. Lovely.
