Just had a great late breakfast. Pancakes, sausage, bacon, eggs, OJ, coffee, & yogurt with warm honey. I'm so full, I feel like a tick on a hog.

As a mailman, I walk about 5 & 1/2 miles a day. I do eat well & don't gain much. I think the trick is to eat early in the day, & not much at night. But, that's not my average breakfast, it's my aniversery, so I took my wofe to a nice breakfast. :)
