I say let death come to you, and it will. No one should fear death anyway. It's dying I'm afraid of. And there is nothing better than dying of old age, happy, during your sleep. That's how I want to go anyway.

Also, as far as life in concerned, no it is not pointless. We give purpose to our lives and if you think life is pointless, then I suggest you hurry to find your own purpose. We make our own destiny, don't expect fate to make it for you.
