Eh... not really... Though I'm not one to say, since I just barely began to acutally register on the BMI scale at a whopping 6'0", 130 pounds at 17...

Meh, alittle of that is healthy. If it goes to much though, try doing 20 crunchs twice a day. That should help.

Since the beggining of my break from school i have done 50 sit ups, 20 pushups and 100 jumping jacks, a day does that help at all? I do tend to eat alot of junk food though...
