On the one hand, I do think it's hypocritical, on the other I don't see why anyone cares either way so I see no reason to bug you about it.

But I read that they have a literacy rate of 94%. That makes them very educated.
They abolished their army and are one of the oldest functioning democracies.
That means they are smart enough to recognised that nobody thinks of Costa Rica other than a Central American vacation spot. A bit of a Hispanic Swizterland.
One of my friends visited Costa Rica this summer to do social science research and she loved it.

Simplistic, lazy Spanish. I see, perfect for Americans

All my gamer friends would immediately pounce upon you and make you buy an Xbox.
So I'm assuming either my friends are rabid or the Xbox is better.
Really?
From what I've seen, and read, it seems to be pretty much even, with the PS3 having a slight lead.
Why do your friends think the Xbox is better?

To be honest, I'm not entirely sure, not being a major gamer myself. I think it's largely because of the games that are available on the 360 vs. the PS3.

But from a technical standpoint, the PS3 has more horsepower and support for a wider range of high resolution video and audio.

Yeah, they got their food stamps a few days ago or something. The tribe doesn't just throw money at people, you only get a sum of money once a year. (if the counsel approves of it.)
It's got iron poisoned water and some structural damage to. They've been moving around a lot.

But you have to pay for Xbox 360 online.
PS3 online is free.
Of course, once you've paid, Xbox 360 online is much better.
And while the Xbox does have more exclusives, I think that today, after it having been some 5 years since they came out (the Xbox being a year older), the relevance of the exclusives is not as important.
