Okay, let me inform you of the situation in Europe. Most European countries have excellent educational standards and relatively frequent elections, which means that if people were getting tired of the 50% taxation rate, they'd be more than capable of voting the government out of power. The fact that they nonetheless continue to elect these governments is probably best explained by the idea that they like such a high tax rate, because they understand where their tax dollars go and can see the results for themselves.

Yeah. Though were this a true "worst health care system in the world" (and serious) none of the countries/continents listed would appear. If it was a "worst health care system in the developed world" thread then Cuba wouldn't be an option.
