I just finish my 2end day of fasting and am filling better than yestaday.

Actually fasting during daylight hours doesn't lead to weight loss, the body will think there is a famine and will go into an emergency mode and will store fat. Muslims won't lose weight during ramadan but perhaps stay the same weight or gain if they don't eat enough fibre during night time

If you don't eat and drink then you don't create fat. Even when you do this in the daylight.`

But it is true that some Muslims gain weight due the fact that they eat too much at night.

The Ramadan Fasting is not real fasting: it's a relative short food break of maximum 10 or 12 hours.

Every dietitian can tell you that it will not work. It's better to eat enough (and not more) healthy food around the year.

Sometimes people water-only-fast annually for weight-loss, but inbetween they feast, =over-eat on unhealthy foods, and gain lots of weight. A negative jo-jo effect.) Fasting must be followed by strict improved diet, otherwise you will gain weight quickly. After fasting the body has a more difficult time losing weight, has more efficient nutrient-uptake. If you cannot control your overeating, better not fast.

We all fast(at night while sleeping)...this is why your first meal of the day is called BreakFAST.
Actually I have been fasting for three days only being eating lime or lemon water...I called it a detox
but technically it's a fast. So happy I'm stopping it tommorow I need my carbs.

If I want to "feel one with everything," I'll eat some mushrooms, smoke DMT, or drop acid. Hallucinogens, the shortcut to spirituality. Actually, aren't there a lot of studies that show that these drugs give you very similar experiences to the ones that mystics have to torture themselves with pain (starvation) and boredom (meditation) for, without any work at all?
