Oh my God guys, read the existing reports already. So far the only suspect they have is already in custody and a Norwegian citizen who admired among others Max Manus, Winston Churchill and quoted John Stuart Mill while expressing nationalist and anti-Muslim viewpoints. I really don't think from the evidence given, thus far, that he is an extreme nationalist. Nor can we say that his political beliefs were the sole inspiration for his actions. They do not know if he acted alone, but this man was at least connected to both attacks (the bombings in Oslo and the Utoya shootings). This whole thing just reeks.
