Not really. If they're to be believed, they only want to establish incentives for voluntary repatriation for immigrants and their descendants, and that includes Poles et al too. Of course, this is itself a load of bollocks, and they also find miscegenation to be immoral- despite claiming to promote British identity and culture- because it ruins a white family line that dates back to prehistory, and then claim they pity mixed-race children who are 'tragic victims' of 'enforced multiracialism'. Which isn't racist at all.

Furthermore, they supported a Leeds professor who claimed that black people were scientifically inferior (that professor opposes the BNP and declares himself a 'Powellite', even though Powell himself said that he 'emphatically' did not believe in the superiority/inferiority of races), and declare that they still want to 'secure a future for white children'.

My guess would be the city government? I'm not terribly familiar with how exactly London is governed and how far jurisdiction extends, but I'm damn sure that the Mayor of London is part of the London government and not that of the entire UK.
