In a way, yes. All people are created by God to be fruitful and multiply, and this is impossible for so-called homosexuals. At their core, all people are, in fact, heterosexual. Some people have sinful desires for members of their own sex, just as some have sinful desires for children (the two are often linked) Some give themselves over to the sinful desires for members of their own sex and call themselves "gaÿ." However, this is an affront to God and his creation, and will be punished in the imminent destruction of the world. So yes, those who solicit homosexual relations in airport bathrooms are still, at their core, "straight." However, they have been deceived and given themselves over to their carnal lusts, and will suffer the wrath of God for their wickedness.
