Ok...we should tax their pollution, but not their profits...I totally agree that we shouldnt allow the hoarding of money by CEOS, etc, but still corporations whether you like it or not create some jobs (even though most are by small businesses). These corporations are vital to our economy...that doesnt mean we should give them big breaks just because they are being "more environmental"...but still in the long run higher corporate taxes hurt both workers and consumers...and bring our economy down...and part of the reason they dont pay any taxes is because they are scared of our high corporate taxes. And to my knowledge corporate taxes have never been 60-70%...they were in the 50s and 40s rates a long time ago...

I recall when I was younger communists and socialists kept producing a list of "facts," that in America, the richest 10% own 90% of the land, that they held 75% of the wealth, etc. And than I recall reading a thread about the French revolution where somebody said that in pre-revolutionary France, the richest 10% own 90% of the land, that they held 75% of the wealth, etc. And than I read another thread talking about Imperial Russia and somebody posted how the richest 10% own 90% of the land, that they held 7% of the wealth, etc. And you know what I've realized, they are butt-hurt morons.
