There is an out of control trolley speeding towards Jeremy Bentham, who is tied to the track. You can pull the lever to cause the trolley to switch tracks, but on the other track is Immanuel Kant. Bentham is clutching the only copy in the universe of The Critique of Pure Reason. Kant is clutching the only copy in the universe of The Principles of Moral Legislation. Both men are shouting at you that they have recently started to reconsider their ethical stances.

Strong atheism. I'm not an anti-theist, though I would more than half-way agree that the God of the desert is essentially a Kim Jong Il of a celestial North Korea.

I would consider myself a weak atheist. I don't believe in gods, but I do have some beliefs that could be considered spiritual.

Anti-theist, I guess.
This Debate is simply an exercise in Rhetoric. Truth is a fickle being with no intentions of showing itself today.

I don't think humanity is the pinnacle of intelligent entities. We're probably just a blip in the grand scheme of things.

Believing in no god does not mean there are no intelligent beings other than humans. What the fuck.

Ants, for example, are smarter than humans. Does not mean there's a god. How fallacious.

The what is the point of God? A god that merely creates the universe is not a god. He/She/It is merely a natural force. And Occam's Razor determines that we cut out any complications to make the simplest explanation possible.

So... Assuming that the arguement is God made the Universe... And nothing made God... According to Occam's Razor, nothing made the Universe.

Weak Atheist here.
I don't believe in a god, but I will reconsider if I ever see evidence of such. At the moment, I have yet to see any conclusive evidence that shows that a god even exists. I believe in the Big Bang Theory, but even that had to come from somewhere, so I guess I would be willing to believe that there is a higher power than us, just not a god per se.
