It is soft, sort of like paste. Tastes a bit like chicken, in my opinion. We usually put a lot of spice in it.

I refuse to believe that a particular establishment is a Mexican restaurant if it doesn't have tacos.

Viagra hotpot in Sichuan, I can't remember exactly which 4 animals contributed their penis but dog and donkey were two of them, it should have been called Viagra hotpot surprise, the surprise being there was no actual Viagra.

Once i ate fried frogs legs and they told me that it was chicken,how stupid i was!
