For me, being from Spain and now living in the US, the strangest thing I've eaten has been buffalo.

Something they sold me from a pot on the roadside, under a bridge. I couldn't ask them what it was since they didn't speak English, but I know it was meat and very, very spicy.

Strangest so far is octopus and squid.
