Well bugger, that's what I get for turning off the radio early, eh?

I agree though, he's out. The FA Cup should help him, but he might just be able to get one more year if he can sell enough of the dead weight players and promise more discipline and responsible buying.

So they'll be left with 6 first team players then?

Certainly less than the 124,802,139,412,309,841,022 expensive midfielders that they've been stockpiling [hoarding].

I don't think the blame for irresponsible buying can be laid 100% at KK's feet here. I gather it's actually FSG/Dan Comolli who bear most of the blame for the poor decisions. And really, if LFC had bought someone better than Carroll, they'd be looking a lot better right now and everyone would be happy with King Kenny.

On the other hand, the incipient meltdown is hilarious. So I hope the keep up the good work. I also hope they just blindly start chopping and changing managers at the drop of a hat, because that always works so well.

haha Bassong, classic. He is shite like. Still he's playing for a big club now, and that's what he's always wanted.

BVB played 12 men today. Apparently someone promised the honorary citizenship of Dortmund to Robben.

Man United 1 down, away, to Wigan. City 3 up against West Brom.

Code: Select all
pos-team-pts-GD
1. Man United- 79- +50
2. Man City- 74- +52

As it stands

He's on loan to wolves, busy guaranteeing their relegation with red cards, as we speak.

Most disgusting refereeing I have ever laid eyes on. We had at least 2 penalties meanwhile we kept getting all the little decisions against us. Phill dowe to blame if City win this.

You might be the most biased supporter I've ever come across. Shit happens. Not usually to ManU but it does happen.

On Sunday it was fair because welback scored a goal but it was disallowed even tough he was clearly onside. I challenge you to name 1 time we cheated someone out of points this season with ref decisions. We have lost 4 points due to refs this year, counting this and the Newcastle game with are the 2 I can think of.

How about this?

But how about Chelsea's offside goal against Wigan at the weekend? It happens to everyone. Take the blinkers off.

Welback scored during the game but was called offside when he was obviously onside, plus It was 2-0, not 1-0. What does Chelsea vs Wigan have to do with this?

Fuck's sake, man. Can't you just accept that United were a bit below par against a Wigan side who seem to have the bit between their teeth? United are five points clear with five games left and still have to play City in a few weeks, so it's hardly the fault of tonight's ref if they fuck things up.

If you want to see some terrible refereeing, find footage of the Austria-Italy World Cup '34 semifinal, or the South Korea-Italy quarterfinal(?) in 2002. Or Graham Poll in his infamous "three yellows" sketch of 2006 (it was a generally shocking performance all round - not giving two fairly clear penalties and allowing a clearly offside goal to stand as well as showing one player three yellow cards).
