In Belgium I pay about 4,50 euro for it and in the Netherlands about 50 Euro cent for a generic variant.

You can't get a lot of Bayer products in Ireland. The aspirin I usually get is called Anadin, the ibuprofen is Neurofen. They both range around 4 Euros a pack.

Paracetamol is known as acetaminophen in the states. The commonly known brand of it is "Tylenol". Ibuprofen is an entirely different chemical compound and it's known brands are "Advil" and "Motrin". Aspirin is also an entirely different chemical compound, acetylsalicylic acid, common brand is "Bayer". All of which have their prices on... GOOGLE.

Codeine isn't scheduled or restricted in Canada? Here, you need a prescription.

Tylenol can do a lot of damage to your liver. People don't know this. They think, well, if the bottle says I can take two for severe pain, that probably means five. Every four hours? That probably means two. Do that for a few days and you're likely to make yourself sick.

CVS sells a generic brand with 650 mg (!!!) in each caplet, 100 caplets per bottle, for $5.60.

There is a chemist nearby, though, that sometimes has 100-packs of Panamax for around that price. I go for that when they have it.
