Can everybody just listen to me for a sec I have the floor right now. If we can make these features better than won't more people play and if more people play than everybody wins.

The implementation of war mechanics would be unpleasant to the overwhelming majority of the people here. It may bring in new people who would flood the site but be disinterested in the RP piece, causing the RP section to slowly die off and many of the older members to leave.
There's a reason everyone here except for your minority (=1 player?) play NS the way it is and enjoy it.

The nation states forum may never be peaceful because it's 90% Communists who make a commie nation in NS because communism failed in life, 5% Nazi wannabes, 3% nations with My Little Ponies as their flags, 1% Furies, and 1% trolls. there will always be conflict when you combine these. The mods kinda have their hands full, and when mods in any website have their hands full, they are as useful and smart as an empty box of instant mashed potatoes.

Are they as delicious?

The Game Moderators, but are they really, they are just a bunch of thugs that push people around. My posts have been locked twice already just because of my opinion. I don't understand what the problem is. But here is one thing, if any of those moderators ever say that they locked my posts... well anyway, The game master needs to loosen his grip on this game, like I have said before, how sweet would it be if nationstates was more realistic like some of the other games. What I am trying to say is even if my nation gets deleted I won't go down without a fight I will contact the game master if I have to I will do anything to make this game better. At first this game was great thats why I played, it still is great all I am trying to do is make it better. I apologize to the game moderator that I told off recently about what I said but still I will not stop posting my opinions.

This is comparable to going to someone's house, ask them for hot coffee, and throwing that hot coffee to their face.

No, not at all. The issue is that you're making a presumption for something irregardless of its historical context. It's not that we haven't tried your suggestions, but rather than the community just didn't like it. NS2, as I previously stated, flirted with the very same things you suggested, but it detracted from the precise community values that you're attempting to expand. People are trying to explain this to you, and consider it more of a hazing thing than anything.

So no, people aren't picking on you because you're black. They're expressing their discontent of your opinions because it's highly pretentious and idealistic.
