So i decided to see if you guys believe in aliens.

With such a large universe, it'd be ignorant to believe that Earth is the only planet that supports life. I do believe that aliens exist somewhere in the universe, that there may be different species, and that some species may be more hostile than others.

I believe they exist out there somewhere or another. But I'm not into any of the conspiracy theories. Many just seem silly to me. The nature of these aliens is a mystery to mankind, I believe.

I think there is intelligent life out there. Whether or not they visited us is another story. I mean the only thing we'd have to offer them is our art and creativity, nothing else. Compared to them, we're primitive apes.

There is a possablity of aliens, and the odds are less then one in a million that they would be less technologically advanced then us, if they still could pick up space signals. However, as of yet we have no definitive proof of any sort, and hence we must assume we are the only sapient life within any distance close enough to matter

No. That show Ancient Aliens is full of bullshit. If they had technology to reach Earth, I doubt they would bother to visit our planet for more than scientific observation. Probably wouldn't even bother landing.

No. Probably not. Or we would be dead.

Perhaps. I follow the belief that the only aliens out there are bugs. I don't think any other type of life form could have evolved on another planet.

I think, given the unimaginable vastness of space, there has to be more than just us. There's a theory that there may be bacteria frozen in Mars' ice caps. Nothing too exciting, but it's something. This civilisation could be thousands of years behind or ahead of us. Frankly, there's no way of telling how friendly they will be, since their society will be now doubt radically different from ours, their perception of right and wrong will almost certainly be different, if they even make that distinction in the first place. All we can do is send out more signals and space probes, and wait until something happens.

I don't know if they visited Earth before, nor do I care that much. We can ask them when the times comes.
Of course they're not hostile, at least not openly, or else we'd be dead by now, considering how much attention we try to draw to ourselves with the signals, probes and the Earth lit up like a Christmas tree at night.

Statistically speaking, it's likely that our galaxy has some form of life other than ours in it; we've already discovered several Earth-like planets in only a few years of actually having the technology to look for them, so the odds are good that conditions for it to arise elsewhere exists. Whether that means a galaxy full of strange civilizations or a smattering of planets with single-celled slime remains to be seen, however.

It's possible that some might be. It's unlikely we'll be able to find out in a reasonable amount of time, however.

Are there intelligent beings on other planets? Yeah, very likely. Friendly or hostile is moot because they aren't visiting us. The logistics are too difficult.
