Well, I'm not sure I fully understand this part but your arguments suggest that you prefer a socialist state which with your idea is just hard to implement in the RL world. (Unless you're a communist state). Still, you do realize that economic growth directly influence and affect the welfare of both the individuals and state? Better economies provides the foundation to a better welfare.

I support that idea too, but this idea doesn't require that.

I prefer an economic model in which there is a market economy in which all means of production, exchange, and distribution are commonly owned.
They would be operated by cooperatives. Each worker in a cooperative would have a share of the profits and would be a shareholder.
Profits belong the all the workers in a business, not just the manager.
If your place of work does well, you do well. If it doesn't do well then you have only your wages. Hence you are incentivised to work.

I support this idea as part of the system.
