Last winter the local trailer park got pretty much taken over by illegals, now I can't get a job. I've tried working other jobs in the winter, but I go nuts flipping burgers or waiting tables or working a cash register. The local job market is shit because the Mexicans that can get jobs outside the fields have taken those. How in the hell am I suppose to pay for college this fall? I didn't get in a dorm, so I have pay rent somewhere, and I can't afford to drive the 70 miles from my parents house everyday. They can't afford to help me with my rent, or get loans because they are retarded with their money and have a shitty credit rating. /end rant.

I seriously doubt this. How can you not get a job just because illegals are living in the same area as you? I'm sorry, I forgot the "been near an immigrant" disqualification. Also, how the hell could you have paid for college just picking stuff for farmers? I live in California, an agricultural state, and menial labor jobs don't pay that much. Finally, why would you want them to help with rent? Why do you care about them getting loans? You're making me sympathize even more with the illegals.

So, therefore, in my honest opinion, I believe this was not just a rant, but a baseless rant.

Coincidentally, I don't see why a driver license shouldn't work for proof of legal residency.

How about because many people don't carry a license around because they do not own cars. Or maybe because not everyone has a license on their person all the time.

Should someone be arrested for the crime of being dark because they went out for a jog without their wallet?

Doesn't single out an ethnic group. If anything, it creates a de facto grudge against a racial, but not ethnic group.

Think like a cop in Alabama. Who are you gonna pull over for document inspection, the white male, or the Hispanic one?

Yes it does. There really isn't any point arguing with you if your just going to continue bleating the same argument regardless of what anyone says, or reality.

The only person ignoring points is you.

How will a cop determine whether or not to check to see if someone is a legal resident?

I should have been a little more specific. They've filled the ones that would be open to fresh high school grads that are moving in 3 months.

ok

those tests they ask you have questions that literally say "can you read this?"

they need tougher questions, ones that only Americans would be able to answer:

"Who would win a fight: Darth Vader or Chuck Norris?"

"Yes or No"

that would keep the illegals from canada and florida getting jobs wot

I admit, race is a very arbitrary grouping based on skin color. However, there is a difference between ethnicity and race.

Very true. One exists, and the other one doesn't.

Race exists, even if it is only arbitrary, in the same way that "Blue eyers" exist. It's a completely arbitrary grouping but the difference is there, even if it is only superficial. Now, to say that all blacks are the same or that all people with blue eyes are the same would be completely wrong.

Race is a construct, but constructs can be real, if only in the minds of people.
