No, not at all.
Germany attacked France, later Germany had to leave and paid a compensation by returning land.
Israel attacked the Arabs, later Israel took more land.
The only time Israel attacked the Arabs was in the Six-Day War, when they launched a pre-emptive strike on Egyptian units that were being prepared for an offensive against Israel. At that, they only brought about the war a few weeks before the Arab Coalition would have kicked it off.
Every other time, the Arab forces struck first, with the full intention of annihilating Israel.
You're getting the identity of the attacked and the defender reversed.
