Tough call there.
This strikes me as a publicity stunt, more than a principled stand. US policy is simply "Israel can do no wrong," it seems.

Yes, and you can take the AP tests which count as college credit depending on your score.
Useful. Not an option here - you take your Tertiary Entrance Exam at the end of Year 12, that gets averaged out with your grades in appropriate subjects over the past two years, and then Universities send out invitations to apply. It's seriously overcomplicated and not well considered, actually. I got in through a mature age entry system after I left the military.

Man I'd shoot myself in the face. LOL. I promise I took the class but what's the SOL?
Oh and I don't get my score back till July.
The SOL is the Virginian standardized end of course test bullshit. And yeah, I'm waiting on four scores right now; Calc, Bio, Gov, and Eng 12.This year sucked.

Our education system is capitalized after highschool. You can go to any school you want, if you have the money, but your scores will help you get scholarships which lower your college cost. AP tests allow you to spend less time in college and therefore save more money.

France isn't building new houses in Germany and later telling the world "this is now France"...

Your help? You, you did nothing. You're just another kid with a big mug and low history grades.

That's one advantage I had here (and why I went back here to go to Uni). As long as you're a citizen or permanent resident the Government covers most of your expenses - you only need to pay tuition and book costs and your cost of living, and you can even get a government allowance for the latter if you're under thirty. I still needed to do a part time job, but I came out with my degree free and clear.

Thank you. It wasn't entirely selfless, mind you - the money I saved went a long way towards setting myself up to get my degree and a (so far) good civilian life. I'd recommend it for anyone who wants to go into further education, the four years pass by fast and you can really learn a lot.

NP. I just feel like we don't thank our troops enough.
