Utter bobbins. Rape is rape and only rape is rape. Dancing around equating things to 'almost like' rape cheapens the term. It's like saying cheap ham is tantamount to bacon.

Your fantasy being a part of your sub conscience, I'd say consent of the idea is hardly required, considering the act of rape, beyond your mind, does not tangibly exist in the ready observance of others.

Besides, what are we going to do? Arrest everyone that goes near to having any perception of sex? You'd be doing so to 99% of the nation.

There is a vast difference between fantasy and real life. Some people enjoy fantasizing about having sex while free-falling because it gets them off. Will they do it in real life? No.
