Thats what they say. Politicians are here to be (re)elected
The Public servants are here to justify their job
Contractors are here to make a quick buck
Good governance involves doing a lot with a little, not a little with a lot.

No, we won't suppress voter turnout. How? Easy. There are no literacy tests, but instead, just the poll tax. You pay to vote, the cash, that goes towards to help the deficit. Once said deficit is gone, it then could be either abolished, or used to help dying ministries thrive (I am looking at you, Social Ministry). But, Imperialists being Imperialists, they would change the rules, ergo causing the USA to plunge further into debt, and causing war to end up to conquer the DPRK, via its puppet state.

And what about the people that CAN'T pay the fucking tax? Too bad? No. No FUCKING Tax. Poll taxes are ILLEGAL by mandate of the US Constitution AND The US Supreme Court.

Sorry, but it is too bad. As well, poll taxes are still legal, because that amendment banning it does not exist, due to corruption. Thus, too bad for them, because the poll tax just to vote will be known as the Community Change.

In my opinion, I do think they should, because it encourages people to vote for the right candidate, and donate some money, of which it would go to helping the USA pay its deficit. After all, the goal of the poll tax is to ensure that people actually contribute something to the government, without fear of it going to a slush fund.
So, should the USA adopt a poll tax?
