Under Yugoslavia. Serbia has gone to great lengths to make up for this, including the hunting of war criminals, heavy fines, and giving up its sovereign land. Additionally, I don't see anyone attacking Montenegro for this; they were part of the remains of Yugoslavia, as well.

I don't necessarily hate any nation, but there are cultures and regimes I strongly dislike. Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan, North Korea and (Gaddhafi's) Libya come to mind.

Then why not hate Rwanda, or someone else who did it on a far greater scale than Serbia? Or Montenegro; Serbia was, despite apparently common belief, not the only nation in the remains of Yugoslavia. And, it has made all but one(or perhaps two) of the war criminals face justice, and has given up its sovereign land to those who tortured their own people as repayment for when they attacked theirs.

Just seen all the channels. They are very extreme and all but one show hatred openly. It's disgusting. I don't want to blame a nation for the videos but these people just kinda annoy me.
