Civilization III Nationstates Game

Postby Eurentus » Tue May 03, 2011 1:21 pm

Hi there everyone. I'm working on a project that makes a custom scenario for Civilization III out of NationStates nations. I've already completed one for my region, and now I want to include more nations. Make one massive map that includes 10-20 nations.

If your interested in having your nation in the scenario, leave some details below. (You don't have to fill them all out, but the more you do, the more accurate your nation will be.

Nation Name:
Nationality: What are you people called?
Leader's Name+Title:
Tech Age:
Type of Culture: (European, Mid-eastern, Mediterranean , Asian, american)
Importance: (Order from most important to least) [Military, Industry, Expansion, Science, Religion, Economy, Agriculture, Seafaring]
10-30 Cities: (Starting with the major ones or in chronological order of when they were founded)
Major Military Leaders:
Famous Citizens/Politicians:
National Colors:
Map:

My hope is to possibly get a multiplayer game going through email. It will take a long time, but it would be interesting to have a bunch of people see their nations come to life.

I'm not sure exactly what you mean? Explain it a little bit? That sounds like a good idea tho.

Thanks, I'll add you in. I just ask for the tech period so I get an idea at what age they should thrive. For example, my nation would do best in Ancient times, my old nation would have been best in the industrial revolution period and yours will be best in modern times/especially near the end. I might be adding some techs too, to give a little more future tech.

I do love the civ games
Nation Name: Sociobiology
Nationality: Biotans
Leader's Name+Title: Thomas Paine, Chief social engineer
Tech Age: modern
Type of Culture: (European, Mid-eastern, Mediterranean , Asian, american) think Norway with a more melting pot populace
Importance: (Order from most important to least) [ Science, Agriculture, Industry, Economy, Military, Seafaring, Expansion, Religion (athiest) ]
10-30 Cities: (Starting with the major ones or in chronological order of when they were founded)
Society City, then pick a scientist
Major Military Leaders: Beowulf Shaeffer, Cadmann Wayland, Polly Perks
Famous Citizens/Politicians: scientists Norman Borlaug(because if anyone deserves to be in civ it is him), Jared Diamond and Louis Wu, industrialists Tony Widget and Bergholt Stuttley, politicians, John Frum and Jared Diamond, Artists Imp Y Celyn, and Terry Pratchett
National Colors: blue and white
Map: mountains and coastal, think large island nation like Australia.

the RP description for sociobiology is of a expansive civilization only in its past stopping when it reached natural boundaries to expansion and being heavily focused on science and industry.
I think we risk becoming the best informed society that has ever died of ignorance. ~Reuben Blades

I got quite annoyed after the Haiti earthquake. A baby was taken from the wreckage and people said it was a miracle. It would have been a miracle had God stopped the earthquake. More wonderful was that a load of evolved monkeys got together to save the life of a child that wasn't theirs. ~Terry Pratchett
