Whats to interogate him on? There's not much he would know, hes really only been a figurehead for most of the past 10 years and not exactly the know it all guy.

His wife is now known to have survived, so it was a different woman that he used and died.
He probably didn't have a gun on him.

So, if you were in the situation of the Navy SEAls, would you have killed bin Laden on the spot or taken him into custody, seeing how he was unarmed?

I didn't say in Black Op's setting, it's just that level provides a good template for it.
