Help!!

I had to make a nation for my class, and I made it on Sunday, 4-24. I did some issues and changed a bunch of stuff to do with my nation, but nothing is showing up in my reports and I cannot get credit in my class without having this. I know for a fact that I have more reports prior to just today and yesterday and that is the only thing that's showing. Please help me otherwise I cannot get credit in my class.
