Protoplanetary nebula; a particularly dense part of the nebula or a part that was perturbed by something gravitationally influencing it collapsed into a dense ball of gas that began undergoing nuclear fusion, becoming a protostar. As that star developed and swallowed up gas, it began pulling in material into an orbit around it. Dust grains began colliding into each other, snowballling into bigger and bigger lumps that each collided into each other, growing into ever-larger rocks, until planet and moon-sized chunks finally cleared out their orbits (By pulling smaller chunks in their path via gravity), leaving the Earth and the other planets orbiting around the star.

He always was, always is, and always will be. Case and point. He was before everything else. He made everything, including us. He knew we would have this discussion, you wouldn't believe, and he sees the future. He sees the terrible things that will happen to unsaved sinners.
