GAHHH fine. But this is going straight from YOUR retirement fund.

So? I'm already inheriting Heaven and eternal control over the universe. What more do I need?

How can you inherit Heaven if your father is never supposed to die?

(Ask Nietzche if there is a way, I hear he has one).

You're dad's never gonna die, so you're inheritance is one big wish.

Why not make an attempt? If you cannot get through your own book, you will surely enjoy Nietzsche. I've heard him scream to the four winds that "God is dead, mankind killed Him."

That could also be because Nietzsche may have been already suffering from syphilis while writing it.

Yeah, or I'm finding my source. I don't know, maybe that's leaving. Roman military code, crucifixion records, the cave is still there, the hill is still there (aka Galgatha), oh, and it's in the Bible, which was written in Hebrew, you know, traditional language of basically the whole Mediterranean area. By the way, what happened to open mindedness? Why does Christianity have to be questioned all the time? Why is agnosticism or atheism the way to exist? And it is 'exist' because you don't get an afterlife without God and Jesus. Actually, you do, it's just in the pool of sulfur and brimstone. In Hell. Along with everyone who isn't saved.

No, all of that is untrue. I was in between Censuses and my crucifixion was pretty haphazard, I hid the cave really well(still not found), and the Bible isn't my word, but the second-hand word of my followers.

Also, hell doesn't exist. I made sure of that.

Don't besmirch my teachings.

I haven't heard of Agnosticists or Atheists profiting for centuries from people in the name of Christ.

Then link to it.

oh, and it's in the Bible, which was written in Hebrew, you know, traditional language of basically the whole Mediterranean area.

Go look at Terra Agora's post.

By the way, what happened to open mindedness?

What happened to academic honesty?

Why does Christianity have to be questioned all the time?

Because I can?

Why is agnosticism or atheism the way to exist?

Line 1: NullPointerException

And it is 'exist' because you don't get an afterlife without God and Jesus. Actually, you do, it's just in the pool of sulfur and brimstone. In Hell. Along with everyone who isn't saved.

I have my own afterlife, thanks very much. And I'm going to be a god when I die.

The full quote

God is dead. God remains dead. And we have killed him. How shall we comfort ourselves, the murderers of all murderers? What was holiest and mightiest of all that the world has yet owned has bled to death under our knives: who will wipe this blood off us? What water is there for us to clean ourselves? What festivals of atonement, what sacred games shall we have to invent? Is not the greatness of this deed too great for us? Must we ourselves not become gods simply to appear worthy of it?
—Nietzsche

EDIT: And its not really about god per se.

There were Christians in Feudal Japan. Lady Gracia and Date Masamune were two of them. Oda Nobunaga had the Jesuits as allies, Hideyoshi banned them and some were killed, although I don't remember by who. So I think the possibility of Hell may still be floundering for us Samuraikoku inhabitants.

That's weird. I thought the Dates were religious. And yeah, Oda had them as allies for their gunpowder.

Legend has it that Masamune Date carried a cross from Oshû to Kyoto in defiance of Hideyoshi Toyotomi. And I'm not surprised about Nobunaga. Typical of him. LOL

And Lady Gracia was the daughter of Mitsuhide Akechi, and wife of Tadaoki Hosokawa, a lord in the Eastern Army (Tokugawa). She asked one of their retainers to kill her when Mitsunari Ishida's forces lay siege to their castle, because suicide is condemned by the Christian Church. So by being killed, she wouldn't go to Hell.

Ceannairceach wrote:Hell doesn't exist. Where they got the idea I'll never know.

Didn't Satan appear before Christ to tempt him? If there's Satan there's Hell, I believe.

Note to visitors of this thread: Welcome to a segment of "The Bible explained by a Samurai."
