its very simple. they get on the Radio, television commercials, etc etc. they then preach at us from the bible at our sports events, and everywhere you go, someone is trying to get you to stop drinking bcuz its a sin, even though Jesus turned water into wine. they make that much sense.

I mean, really, you can turn off the radio and the TV, and you don't have to go sporting events if the holy invocations before those exhibitions of God-given athletic ability offend you. As for Jesus turning water into wine, he only did it because his mother asked him. It is not said that he himself drank of it.

Criticism comes from situations, established worldwide, that Christianity condemns (Homosexuality, birth control) or refuses to accept. In these modern times it's inconceivable that birth control (anticonceptive pills, condom usage) can be labeled as something bad, given the improvements it has had on health and human life. Christianity lives in a world of its own, and it clearly serves no use for morality anymore given the sex scandals involving priests. So it doesn't come as a surprise for me.

(Of course everyone knows I'm an atheist from this explanation).
