They are a psychopath and should be treated medically. No view that actively harms others is valid, as far as I am concerned, but yes, from their perspective, it is.

Don't shit on other people. That's the only rule you need. From there, you can extrapolate all of the morals and rights you need. That is the standard we live by. Supposed "Inner values" are extrapolated from that.

Well, lets see. If your morals rely on god, what would you do if someone presented absolute, unquestionable proof that god does not exist. Would your morals suddenly vanish? If the answer is no, your morals are in no way based on any god. If it is yes, then you are a far less moral person than someone who behaves morally without the need for outside forces.

And without meaning, we have to try to make our own. We cannot live consistently AND happily.
If we live happily, we ignore the fact that life is meaningless and empty, that we are random chance, doomed to die soon.

True, to an extent. The universe as a whole does not care about what you do, what the human race does, or anything else. However, that is not the only relevant factor. If we assume that anyone other than me [insert yourself here instead, if you are infact sentient] is a sentient being, then we can reasonably safely assume that they care. Helping others is all the higher purpose you need. Compare to mainstream Christianity, which argues that the only thing that matters is blindly obeying what some other being tells you, without regard for anyone else, and that you're going to be tortured for all eternity or thrown into some strange, badly defined perfect place. Where is the higher purpose in that? (Note: you could substitute most religions in for "mainstream Christianity" in that last sentence)
